Lesson Draw a city. It can be base on any city in the world such as Newyork, Paris, Beijing or Busan. Your city can also be imagined. Ask yourself what does a city consist of? What is the function and purpose of these things? This activity helps you to understand your environment.
- First, write the title of your city. It can be a real city or fictional one.
- Reflect on your own city. Think about the things that are in your city such as buildings, vehicles, schools, hospitals, police stations, airports, roads, etc. Write them down on a list.
- Draw your city in pencil and label each item. Discuss what they are for.
- Ink and colour your city with markers and crayons.
