Until now, I have had ample experience teaching art to learners of various backgrounds and abilities, and it has greatly enhanced my own awareness in teaching sufficiently. I believe that caring and patience are amongst the two most crucial characteristics a teacher should have. Caring is determined by the teacher’s ability to understand and encourage the student, while patience describes the tendency to focus on the long-term goal. With the right motivation, I believe that passion to learn art can be instilled in every individual.
그동안 다양한 배경과 수준을 지닌 학생들을 가르쳐 왔고, 그 과정에서 가르침에 대한 저의 이해도도 더욱 깊어졌습니다. 저는 진심 어린 배려와 인내심이 훌륭한 교사의 두 가지 핵심 자질이라고 믿습니다. 배려는 학생을 이해하고 격려하는 능력이며, 인내는 장기적인 관점을 갖고 기다릴 줄 아는 마음입니다. 올바른 동기가 있다면, 누구에게나 예술에 대한 열정을 심어줄 수 있다고 믿습니다.
