Life as a teen can be exciting but also stressful. School pressure, friendships, changes in your body and mind, unfairness in the world — it’s a lot.
The Wellness & Life Club is here to give you a place to:
Talk about real-life issues without judgment.
Explore big questions about health, choices, and life.
Relax, connect, and have fun with others.
This isn’t a class. There are no grades, no tests. Just conversation, activities, and ideas that can actually help in daily life.
Start with a fun activity like:
“Would You Rather?” questions.
“Two Truths and a Lie.”
One-word check-in (“Describe your week in a single word”).
Purpose: Everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
A short prompt starts the conversation.
Example: “Do you think luck or hard work decides most of someone’s future?”
Example: “Why do people sometimes act unfairly?”
Break into small groups for a few minutes, then share highlights with everyone.
Goal: Practice listening, sharing, and exploring different views.
Each week, try something different:
Mind & Body
5-minute stretch, deep breathing, or mindfulness exercise.
Creative
Journaling a reflection.
Quick sketch or collage.
Making a group “Life Hacks” poster.
Practical
Roleplay a tricky situation (peer pressure, unfair rule, etc.).
Build a “Teen Stress Survival Guide” together.
Go around and finish the sentence:
“Today I realized…”
“One thought I’m leaving with is…”
Optional: Suggest topics for next week.
End with something light: snacks, music, or a funny question.
